We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Digital Marketing Specialist to drive the digital brand plans in the Nordic region.
The Digital Marketing Specialist collaborate with the Nordic Digital Product Manager, Consumer Brand Manager, and Healthcare Professional Brand Manager to implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies. The goal is to achieve market leadership in Glucose Monitoring and maximize commercial returns through effective digital, social media, and CRM marketing plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute and oversee CRM, social media, and digital marketing strategies to attract and keep clients.
Oversee global and EMEA projects in the Nordic region.
Ensure Veeva approvals by managing website upgrades in AEM or through agencies.
Work together with agencies to develop and carry out marketing initiatives.
Make ensuring that all digital content complies with brand standards.
Organise and carry out loyalty programs, digital customer interaction projects, and social media and digital campaigns.
Contribute to the creation and execution of fresh digital projects.
Oversee the annual website approvals and Nordic digital asset recertifications.
Create and oversee editorial calendars and content strategies for Facebook.
Obtain worldwide DSRB permission for new digital assets.
Make websites more SEO and SEM-friendly.
Verify adherence to business policies and GDPR regulations.
Report to management after tracking and evaluating the success of digital tactics.
Communicate with the support departments (EMEA Marketing, GSM, Regulatory, Customer Services, and External Agencies).
Keep abreast with social media and digital developments, and submit a monthly report to management.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, like digital marketing.
Experience with digital marketing for one to three years.
Excellent project management abilities.
Expertise in CRM marketing and tactical digital jobs.
Abilities in communication and creativity.
Proficient in both written and spoken English and at least one Nordic language.
Expertise in running digital marketing initiatives.
